This page is designed to help you navigate through the Loose Leaf Collection Web Site. 

To locate an address: 

Step 1. Click on the Find Address button on the left hand side of the page. 

Step 2. Enter in a street address in the text box adjacent to the box that reads: Street.

Step 3. Click the locate button next to the text box that the address was entered (beside the cross street text box). into. 

Step 4. Click on the highlighted record number that most closely fits the address. If the address that you are looking for is not listed,  scroll to the bottom of the list and click the Locate Another Address button.

Once the appropriate address has been selected information regarding the street name, status of the leaf route, the date that the leaves were collected and the route number that the address is in will be displayed. 

To start over, click the Clear Selection button and begin from step 1. 

TOOLS:

Find Address- Use this tool to locate an address.
 To locate an address, click on the find address button and then enter in a street address in the text box adjacent to the box that reads: Street. Once an address has been entered in, click the Locate button beside the cross street text box. An address(es) will be displayed on the screen. Click on the number that most closely fits the address and information regarding the street name, status of the leaf route, the date that the leaves were collected and the route number that the address is in will be displayed. 

Identify- Use this tool to identify information associated with the street name.
 To identify a street address, click on the Identify button and then click on the street you wish to identify. Information regarding the street name, status of the leaf route, the date that the leaves were collected and the route number that the address is in will be displayed. 

Clear Selection- Use this tool to clear the selected address.
 To clear the selected street address, click on the Clear Selection button and the selection will be cleared.

Zoom In- Use this tool to zoom in to an area on the map to show more detail.
 To zoom in, click on the Zoom In button and click on the area of the map that you wish to see more detail. 

Zoom Out- Use this tool to zoom out of the map to see more area.
 To zoom out, click the Zoom Out button and click the area of the map that you wish to see more area.

Zoom Full View- Use this tool to zoom to the full extent of the city's limits.
 To zoom to the full extent, click on the Zoom Full View button and the entire city limits boundary will display.

Zoom Last View- Use this tool to zoom to the last view.
To zoom to the last view, click on the Zoom Last View button and the last view will be displayed.

Pan- Use this tool to reposition the map on any area surrounding the current view.
To pan to an area of the map, click the Pan tool and then click and drag the area of the map that you wish to view.

Toggle the Overview map- Use this tool to remove or display the small overview map.
To toggle the overview map, click the Toggle the Overview map button and the overview map will be removed. Click the Toggle the Overview map button again and the overview map will redisplay.

Definitions:

Complete: The Leaf Route has been cleared of leaves during the current round of pick-up.

Crews Working: Crews are currently working in the Leaf Route.

Next Route: Crews are scheduled to move to these Leaf Routes next.

Pending: The date for the leaves to be cleared are still pending.
